We deliver workplace safety and workplace behaviour training to all employees, supporting a physically and psychologically safe workplace for our people worldwide.
No job at Ego is so important or so urgent that the time cannot be taken to perform it in a safe manner. Through an active and engaged Occupational Health & Safety Committee, and robust safety management systems, policies and procedures, we drive continuous improvement and proactively identify, assess, and control physical hazards within the workplace.
In parallel, Ego is committed to managing psychosocial risks through a dedicated Mental Health Committee, trained Mental Health First Aiders, and a comprehensive Employee Assistance Program, ensuring the psychological health and wellbeing of our people is recognised, supported, and integrated into our overall safety framework.

We work closely with a range of healthcare professionals to ensure that customers have access to the best possible advice, based on science, on how to treat and manage skin conditions. The advice that we offer through the likes of pharmacists and dermatologists is just as important as the products we produce.
