This week we celebrated the graduation of 14 team members from the 2025 Operational Excellence Program with a special showcase, giving participants the opportunity to present their projects and celebrate their accomplishments.

Ego’s Operational Excellence Program is designed to drive a culture of continuous improvement across the business, specifically to reduce waste and increase efficiency. This year the focus was on Ego’s Operations, including Production, Engineering, Quality, and Logistics.

Participants in this year’s program honed their skills through monthly workshops led by our external trainer, Jela Martinovic from Leadership Management Australia (LMA), who was instrumental in guiding them. We also supported this journey with internal training, including an 'Introduction to Operational Excellence' workshop and new e-learning modules, ensuring that these vital concepts are spread across the business.

While the program culminated in formal certification, the true value lies in the applied learnings and mindset changes achieved through hands-on project team experience.

Congratulations to all our 2025 graduates for their commitment to building a better future for Ego:
