The QV Healthcare Practitioner Student Scholarship returns for 2025, offering a total prize pool of $30,000, divided into three $10,000 prizes. These prizes aim to further the education of undergraduate and postgraduate students enrolled in Pharmacy, Medicine, or Nursing programs in Australia.
To enter, participants must submit a 500-word essay answering the question: "How will you utilise your field of study and the $10,000 scholarship prize money to benefit patients with sensitive and problematic skin?". Entries will be judged by a panel of industry experts, including Dr. Fabrizio Spada (Scientific Affairs Manager, Ego Pharmaceuticals), Vivienne Speirs (President, Australian Dermatology Nurses' Association), and Catherine McKinnon Griss (Cosmetic Chemist and President of the EAA & EANZ).
For 50 years, QV Skincare has been dedicated to caring for skin, with a rich history rooted in healthcare. It all began with a request from the dermatology ward of Melbourne's iconic Queen Victoria Hospital, establishing QV's close association with healthcare practitioners from the very start.
Decades later, the QV brand remains family-owned, Australian-made, and a symbol of quality and innovation. With over 50 QV products available in more than 20 countries and over 50 million units sold, we are proud to be the skincare choice for multiple generations seeking to cleanse and moisturise their dry, sensitive skin.
QV continues to be highly regarded by healthcare practitioners, a testament to the trust dermatologists, GPs, and pharmacists place in the brand.
The QV Healthcare Practitioner Student Scholarship is open for applications until October 26, 2025. Interested parties can find more information on the QV Skincare website.
