Ego has this week been named as a finalist in two distinct categories at the 2026 Australian Manufacturing Awards, organised by Industry Update.

In a major career tribute, Dr Jane Oppenheim and Alan Oppenheim AM have been jointly named as finalists for the Lifetime Achievement - Hall of Fame award, sponsored by the Victorian Government. This recognition honours their outstanding leadership, vision, and long-standing individual contributions to Australia’s manufacturing landscape.

Additionally, Ego has been shortlisted in the Medical Device Manufacturing category. This reflects our continuous dedication to scientific innovation, rigorous quality standards, and local manufacturing excellence.

Winners will be announced at the Awards Ceremony in October.
