After a two year hiatus due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Monash University’s Employability Week returned with a bang last week. 

Ego has been involved in the event in previous years, providing students with an opportunity to connect and explore career paths with the business. 

As part of this year’s Employability Week, Ego welcomed over 40 students to our Braeside site for tours of our manufacturing facility which provided them with an inside look on the different functions and career opportunities across the business. 

Ego’s Quality Leadership Team also attended Monash University’s Employability Week expo at their Parkville campus, where they were able to meet with Pharmaceutical Science Students and provide them with insights as to what it’s like working in industry. 

Off the back of this year’s event, Ego is now considering re-introducing student placement opportunities in several departments across the business.
