Ego Pharmaceuticals has been named on the 2022 AFR BOSS Best Places to Work List.

The List recognises and ranks the best places to work in Australia and New Zealand, by industry, and is judged and compiled by Inventium, Australia’s leading behavioural science consultancy.

Ego Pharmaceuticals was honoured to rank #9 on the Manufacturing & Consumer Goods list, from over 750 nominated organisations across Australia and New Zealand.

The assessment was made up of a staff survey and a written submission, with questions relating to policies, practices and programs that exist within our organisation to support and get the best out of our employees.

Ego was thrilled to be recognised for our achievements and practices around diversity and inclusion, learning and development, and staff wellbeing, in particular the implementation of a new, global Employee Assistance Program (EAP) that all Ego staff across the world can access, in their own language.
