Bought this for my mother and she loved it! Left her skin looking healthy, shinning and moisturized and most importantly reduced wrinkles

A dermatologist recommend this product as I have developed rosacea. I find when I use the product and I am in the sun for an hour or two I have reddening of the skin and a rash develops that takes a few days to subside. It's like having the effects of prolonged sun exposure without sunscreen. Is this photosensitivity? Is it caused by the AHA's in the product. I need to use a facial sunscreen so can you recommend a different product? Preferably one that allows me to be in the sun as I'm quite active outdoors.

    Hi Maree,
We suggest you discontinue use immediately, as this sounds like either a reaction to an ingredient in the sunscreen, sensitivity to the AHA's, or a rosacea flare up.
We can recommend SunSense Daily Face SPF 50+ and/or QV Face Moisturising Day Cream SPF 30+. Both have been formulated for facial use, are free of fragrance and alcohol, and contain dimethicone (a silicone that can help protect the skin and minimise stinging and redness).
Please contact our Customer Service team to organise a refund and samples of the recommended products.
