Skin IQ (5 of 10) – Does chocolate cause acne?

This is a commonly held myth, that chocolate, or other fatty foods, can cause acne.

In fact recent research indicates that there is more likely a link between dairy intake and a diet high in Glycaemic Index (GI) foods which may worsen acne.1,2,3,4  Hi GI foods include white bread, white rice and foods high in glucose.
