Please advise if this is suppose to be liquidish or gel??

  • Ego Pharmaceuticals Aug 14 ,2016 at 11:35 pm

    Hi Madeleine,

Thanks for your question! The Elucent Serum is meant to have a light gel-like consistency - it should not be watery. What you have described is not how we expect the product to be, however stability studies of the Elucent Serum have shown that if the product is subject to elevated storage temperatures over a period of time it can become 'thin'.

Could you please contact our Customer Service team on 1800 033 706 or CustomerService@egopharm.com so that we may further assist you?

    Many thanks,
    The Ego Team

Hi, can I use this product on sensitive skin? Cheers.

  • Ego Pharmaceuticals Apr 21 ,2015 at 12:34 am

    Hi Ashley,

I would recommend avoiding the Elucent Serum if you have sensitive skin. The Elucent Serum has 16% AHA which can be irritating to skin that has not built up a tolerance through lower AHA concentrations. The following link outlines when to use each product from the Anti Ageing range to minimise irritation:
    http://www.elucentskincare.com/elucent-anti-ageing/
I would suggest beginning with the cleanser and day cream to see how your skin tolerates the AHA's, and if you find that your skin is fine, you can continue building up to the serum. If irritation does present, discontinue use.

    Kind Regards,
    The Ego Team.
